Caegle Farms-October 2014

Went to a different farm this year and boy did we have fun! Let's see there were pumpkins of course plus bouncy house, play in a pit of corn kernels (kinda like a sand box but with corn as the sand), pony rides, feed the sheep, hay ride, watch a cow get milked, and best of all a pig race. Of course, Brylee must make everything interesting. She decides she must get her little pumpkin and as she is leaning over the side of the track she drops it into the lane of pigs that are hurling themselves around the corner of the track and BAM they gobble up that pumpkin quick. Ooops sorry for the disruption of the race people! Now, an outing would not be complete without treats and they had plenty to choose from. Great Saturday afternoon with the family!

WAR EAGLE 2014

Makenzie and Daddy at the first game she actually went into the stadium for. She hung in there even though it was killer heat. She must have been a good luck charm for the team. Auburn wins over San Jose State Spartans 59-13!

Sharon Springs Cheer 2014

Ya'll this is so cute I cannot stand it! She is doing well and gets to cheer with many of her friends from Carrington Academy. We have known these girls for years and are so proud. They are working on a competition cheer for the end of the season that includes a dance. Super Adorable!

First day of Preschool 2014

Brylee was so ready to move up in school to be in the big girl class. Her favorite little friend Audry Claire makes it that much better!

1st Day of Kindergarten-Haw Creek Elementary 2014

Makenzie is officially a Haw Creek Husky!

Last Days of Summer 2014

Boy, summer flies when you are having fun. Luckily we have friends with a boat who let us enjoy!

Kindergarten Round Up 2014

Since this is Makenzie'f first year at Haw Creek Elementary we got to take the bus route with her, see the school, and meet her teacher! My heart is melting. She cannot wait to start school and I'm the one in a panic!

Makenzie's Last Day at Carrington Academy-August 2014

I had to take a pic since this place has received so much of our money for the past 5 years, HA! It is bittersweet that my Makenzie is growing up, but this place has done a great job preparing her for elementary school next year. We could not be more proud of her and excited to get a pay raise!

Little Stu Gets Married-Indiana 2014

I really cannot believe that Stuart is 23, getting married and has a career in the ministry. I remember, clearly, when you were born! What an outstanding young man he has become and he managed to find an AMAZING woman (who would actually marry him, just kidding)! Makenzie and Brylee took an airplane with me (Darryl had to work) and they did a great job! As you can see we had lots of fun swimming with Gus Gus, being silly at the beach themed rehearsal, and what a beautiful day to get married! Brylee did well with her flower girl duties, which was great as that little girl can always give you a wild card if she wants! I could not help but think of our family members who could not make it there physically, but I know they all where there in spirit, especially memaw and pa smiling down!

Cheer Camp

Makenzie has decided to try cheer this fall. She went to a summer cheer camp with her good friend Reilly. They worked on a routine all week and then had a performance at the end. Of course, she did well and had a blast. You got this Kenzie (your mother has zero coordination)!

Fourth of July 2014

We were home this 4th of July. The annual trike parade was in full effect at Carrington Academy. It was Brylee's first ride and Makenzie's last! Neighborhood fireworks were abound. Bothgirls were thrilled and not scared at all (as you can tell with the sparklers).
