Makenzie and I headed back to Kentucky to kick off celebrations for my dearest friend, Sarah, as we are honored to be a part of her upcoming wedding in October. While we were there we were so blessed to visit Memaw and Pa. Of course, Kentucky would not let us forgot what state we were in by a friendly visit from some wild turkey running across the road. We had the best time at Sarah's wedding shower. Makenzie even got a princess tiara and a cool wedding car with little people that she will not put down (made the trip home a great success)!
