Makenzie just decided that she would like to be a ballerina this summer. She will attend a one week camp this summer and try it out. She like to perform so we will see how well she can take instruction!

Daddy safely returned home from his trip to China last week and we are settling back into our routine. We are proud to say that he will be graduating this May with honors from his executive MBA program! Just in time before our new arrival makes her debut mid June. Daddy brought home some presents that Makenzie loves to wear. He flew back through Toyko (originally a destination, but that was changed-thankfully). She keeps telling us she wants Beijing and Hong Kong for dinner!

Valentine's Day 2011

Makenzie had a great Valentine's day this year. She really got into it and had so much fun at school with her friends and celebrated with a big party. Her favorites are the suckers and chocolate. We just found out not too long ago that a little sister will be joining us in mid June!

Auburn National Champs 2010

The family went to the Auburn celebration this past weekend and it was such a good time. Makenzie enjoyed her Toomer's Corner lemonade and playing with Marmie while Darryl and I got to enjoy the program. Excitement was in the air!

Beauty Salon

One of Makenzie's favorite things to do is play beauty shop. She like to dress up and have her picture taken as well as pretend to go shopping. I think we may be in trouble...

Atlanta Snowstorm 2011

Thanks to this weather we received I got to spend a week working from home and getting to know my family very well. I love my family but I was s0 glad to see this melt so we could get back to our regularly scheduled program!
