Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was awesome as we had all our immediate family memebers together! Makenzie got to meet Uncle Austin for the first time! Looks like Makenzie and G-Mommy had too much turkey!

One Month Old

Makenzie is now up to 9 lbs 4.5 oz and is 21.75 in long. She is holding her head up fairly well and her new trick is to follow an object.

Lee, Grace, Daniel, and Josh came by to visit us while they were in town for the weekend. We were so glad they stopped by and Daniel took a few moments to cradle Makenzie.

Two Weeks Old

Makenzie was tired after her two week appt with the doctor on November 5th. She weighed in at 7lbs. 1.5 oz and is 20.75 inches tall!

Kingswood United Methodist Church is the church that Darryl grew up in. On Sunday, November 2 this rose was placed at the altar in celebration of the birth of Makenzie. Louise McCahan is a member of the church and long time friend to the Cox's. She was so thoughtful to bring us the rose to enjoy at home!

Makenzie's first bath

Makenzie enjoyed her first bath and was swaddled in an Auburn blanket. War Eagle! She did get to watch her first Auburn football game on Thursday night against West VA. Luckily she won't remember the outcome :-(
